On the day of the service

​HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR ROYAL MAID SERVICE

 

We do ask you to;

  • Please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces.

  • Please make us aware of any items you do not want us to touch, many clients have valuable items or heirlooms that they prefer us to leave alone.

  • Find a good spot for your pets so they are comfortable while we clean, we love pets but unfortunately cannot clean litter boxes or their “accidents”.

  • Put out clean sheets if we will be changing your linen.

  • Leave any closet doors open that you want us to vacuum.

 

We provide our own environmentally friendly cleaning supplies, towels and mops which are changed for every clean. We will use bleach if you provide it and will endeavor to use it safely but cannot be held responsible for bleach damage.

 

Our teams will treat your home with respect they will not smoke, eat or drink (apart from water, this is SW Florida!) in or near your home. Please allow us a half hour window for your cleaning time due to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. If we are running late we will always let you know.

 

Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning. Please give us more than 24 hours notice for cancellation otherwise a $50.00 fee will be charged.

 

Most importantly please let us know as soon as possible if there is anything at all you’re not happy with and we will always address your concerns.
